These parents wanted to enjoy their outdoor space with their three active children which made this award-winning auto-cover pool a must for safety. The outdoor kitchen features a built in bar and grill with a hidden pop-up outdoor TV for entertaining. This huge fire pit cantilevers out over the pool as a beautiful feature day and night. The kids love the slide into the pool, while the adult enjoy the swim-up bar. Jason shares about tailoring the design and features of this project for this family, which is one of his favorites.
Huntington Park
2020 Gold Award Winner | PHTA International Awards of Excellence
The Rocky Mountains inspired this award-winning backyard pool and waterfall design, which features all-natural stone hardscaping materials and lush, ornamental landscaping. The clients wanted a backyard where they could entertain, and their family and friends could make lasting memories. So a swim-up bar with an outdoor fridge, ice chest and plenty of storage was a must. The apex is the elegant stone grotto, boasting a waterfall that cascades into a 700-square foot pool below. Elite also designed a large 14’ long bench under the waterfall so guests can enjoy sitting together. The free-form concrete swimming pool sparkles with its black-plaster floor, while the stand-alone hot tub offers the homeowners year-round enjoyment. A custom pool house features an outdoor kitchen complete with granite countertops, refrigerator and plenty of space for dining and entertaining.
Lincoln Estate
2019 Silver Winner | PHTA International Awards of Excellence
This custom, design-build project in Lincoln, NE is all about attention to detail. A concrete swimming pool, spa and outdoor patio with a 1,600 square foot bar and grill building are the focal points of the outdoor entertaining area. The pool features an infinity-edge spa, natural stone waterfall and slide, swim up bar with levitating stainless steel bar stools, and zero-entry pool edge. West Q Road Estate
2020 Silver Award Winner | PHTA International Awards of Excellence
Using design expertise, proper engineering and modern building practices, Elite Luxury Pools & Landscaping transformed an outdated, crumbling concrete pool and landscape into a fresh, award-winning masterpiece. Highlights of this outdoor living space and pool renovation include: Repaving the entire pool deck with travertine. Adding a 13-person year-round spa. Building a pool house with 20’ open cedar-beam ceilings over the men’s and women’s changing rooms. Expanding and reinforcing an outdoor deck, finishing the under-deck ceiling and building a full-service, outdoor bar beneath it. Additionally, the Elite team designed a multi-level patio with sunken fire pit, flanked by natural boulders and flagstone paths. The pièce de résistance, however, is the custom-concrete waterfall and grotto, with natural interior skylights and customized water features.
